Need to Return or Exchange?

Colorado Baby will happily accept returns within 1 month of the date of purchase. New, unused and unwashed items may be returned, as well as items in undamaged packaging. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason please contact us by clicking the button below.

Note: due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pacifiers. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on a car seat if the box has been opened or tampered with. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items sold as: clearance, already loved, special orders or “as-is”. All policies on this page are subject to change.

Free Exchanges
  • All domestic exchanges are FREE, which means you can send your item back and get a new size or style free of charge.
  • We will provide a shipping label for the item you are sending back at no additional cost. No restocking fees are applied to exchanges.
  • If your return is made with damaged or missing packaging a 25% restocking fee will be deducted and you will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
  • All sales are final on: car seats, consumable products (washes, lotions, ointments, etc), pacifiers, clearance items, items sold “as-is”, thrifted items, or special order items.
  • To start a Free Exchange, please go HERE. Login to your account, choose your item and select "Return". Choose your reason and then type "EXCHANGE" in the notes field and we will be happy to assist you with your free exchange.
Returns
  • A $7.95 shipping label fee is charged when you return your items. (This covers the cost of the shipping label we email you.)
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, but are returning enough items to drop you below that free shipping threshold, you will have an additional $7.95 deducted from your return to cover the original cost of shipping the products to you.
  • If your return is made with damaged or missing packaging a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your return.
  • Payment is returned in the form it was received.

Local Returns & Exchanges
  • In order to obtain a 100% refund in the form of original payment or an exchange, a receipt* must be presented. *A gift receipt can only be refunded in the form of a gift card.
  • If you do not have a receipt, a refund or exchange will be considered on a case-by-case basis (with final authorization by a Manager). This refund will incur a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Returns/exchanges with damaged or missing packaging will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • The retail value of any free items you received will be deducted from your final refund/exchange amount, if not returned with your order.
  • All sales are final on: car seats, consumable products, clearance items, items sold “as-is”, already loved (AL) items, or special order items.
  • Due to the nature of our products, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted.
More Tips
Defective Items

Although both the manufacturer and our staff attempt to check every item for any defects, occasionally items may be sold with a defect. Defective products are usually exchanged or repaired directly by the product manufacturer. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in obtaining a replacement product. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

Sales / Discounts / Promotions

Sales, discounts and promotions cannot be combined with each other for a single purchase unless otherwise noted. Coupons, including referral coupons, may not be used on sale or clearance items.
